Bright ruby red.  Warm and expressive bouquet of baked plum, chocolate covered raspberry, dried figs and cherry cola—like walking past a ripe blackberry bramble on a hot day. Minimal oak yields layers of fruit and savory undertones of cured meat, paprika, pepper and lavender. Palate is remarkably smooth with bright acidity and pleasantly strong tannins. A thoroughly enjoyable wine that is even better alongside your favorite steak.
