2018 Sauvignon Blanc

Tropical notes of passion fruit balance with grapefruit peel and fennel undertones backed by good acidity. Floral aromas and crisp mouthfeel. Catch the last of oyster season with this delicious wine or the first of spring's asparagus.
Tank fermented, no oak, no malolactic, very straight forward varietal specific Sauvignon Blanc. Great care was taken to harvest at optimal ripeness to showcase Sauvignon Blanc grown in Alexander Valley’s fluvial gravelly soils. Low-yielding at 4 tons per acre, and only in its 5th leaf, we are having fun working with these natural advantages of a young vineyard.
