Tank fermented, no oak, no malolactic, very straight forward varietal specific Sauvignon Blanc. Great care was taken to harvest at optimal ripeness to showcase Sauvignon Blanc grown in Alexander Valley’s fluvial gravelly soils. Low-yielding at 4 tons per acre, and only in its 5th leaf, we are having fun working with these natural advantages of a young vineyard.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, Vineyard Designate Stuhlmuller Vineyards, Alexander Valley AVA.
Harvest date September 10th, 2018 || pH 3.18 || TA 7.16 g/L || 14.1 % alc.
Clone 14 on 114 rootstock.
Soils: Positas Gravelly Loam, well-draining and nutrient rich, fluvial & alluvial parent material.
